Day 1– Arrive in Uganda, Entebbe International Airport,
Depending on your time of arrival, you will visit the Entebbe zoo and the reptile villages, where you will see different types of reptiles, then transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Day 2 – Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Have breakfast at leisure before checking out of the lodge, heading to Queen Elizabeth National Park, sitting on the floor of the Albertine rift valley, the second largest protected area in Uganda, with an amazing number of species of wildlife. On the way, make a detour to the southern sector of Kigezi Wildlife reserve and track tree-climbing lions in the beautiful, vast Ishasha flat
plains. Then proceed to Mweya peninsula or to the lodge close by where you will base for the adventure of the wildlife. rea.
Day 3- Early morning Game drive, Afternoon launch cruise.
Grab a hot cup of coffee and a snack early in the morning and head into the wilderness to experience firsthand predators do the hunting before sunrise and the heat of the day. The prey is ever alert and does not wish to be caught in a surprise ambush. You will always narrate what you will witness to whoever wishes to listen, years after your safari. Enjoy the cool winds of the African savanna grassland with the sweet melodies of birds in the background. At the end of it all, you will testify that Uganda is a country extravagantly gifted by nature in many ways.
Get back to the lodge to freshen up, shake of morning dizziness and enjoy a hearty lunch in the gardens under tree shade. Later on proceed to the jetty at Mweya for a 2 hour boat cruise on Kazinga Channel that joins Lakes George to Edward in the park. You will experience sceneries that forever will be on your mind; big schools of yawning hippos, big herds of elephants, buffalos and other mammal quenching their thirst in the hot sun offering very rare close
Opportunities for photography, game viewing and birding. Get back to the lodge and relax rest of the evening.

Day 4- Transfer to Fort Portal.
Fort Portal is an old, beautiful colonial town in extreme western Uganda with beautiful weather, nice looking scenes, elegant, happy, beautiful people and a very rich history. You will spend a night in Fort Portal to get up close to African communities, enjoy their traditional food, and enjoy their music and dance to their tunes.
Leave Queen Elizabeth areas with a brief stop at the Equator line crossing area at Kikorongo to cross back from the southern to northern hemisphere on foot with views of the Rwenzori Mountains on your left. Check in at the hotel in time for early lunch. You will then ascend the escarpments again on Bundibugyo road to Semuliki National Park and take a brief walk in one of the oldest forests in the East African region at Sempaya, where you will visit magnificent hot springs and enjoy a forest picnic of eggs, potatoes and cassava boiled at the springs. You may also visit the Bambuti community, a short pygmy former forest-dwelling people relocated close to the national park headquarters to pave the way for conservation efforts. Be back at the lodge in time to enjoy cool music and traditional dances from the indigenous Batooro people.
Day 5 -Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park.
Set off early morning for a slow, long drive to Murchison Falls National Park on a gravel and not well-paved road. You will pass through local communities tending their crop gardens, and before ascending the Albertine region again, whether cattle grazing and pastoralism is the leading economic activities. You will have to en route before accessing the park in the southern sector in the early evening. Check in at the hotel and shake off travel fatigue for the rest of the evening.
Day 6- Early morning game drive, boat cruise on the Nile.
Wake up with a cup of hot coffee. Grab a snack and hop into the car for the early morning game drive across the Nile. On the drive, you will encounter many stunning features and lots of mammals, birds, vegetation and other species, most notably lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, giraffes, hartebeests, and many others. Get back to the lodge in time for lunch and prepare for the boat cruise to the Murchison Falls that sets off at 2 pm. Here you encounter big yawning Nile crocodiles,
Schools of hippos, herds of elephants, buffalo, and others are cooling off the afternoon heat. At the bottom of the falls, you will jump off the boat and take a hike along steep cliffs to the top of the Murchison Falls. You will definitely get mesmerised by this wonderful experience. The drive will already be waiting to pick you up and take you back to the lodge. Rest all evening and enjoy a stunning sunset as the sun gets swallowed up in the clouds beyond the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Day 7- Rhino tracking and transfer back to Kampala
Set off after breakfast for a slow descent out of the park through Masindi town. You will have lunch en route before making a detour to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary in Nakasongola, where you will do a guided rhino tracking. In the past, there were big herds of rhino roaming Uganda’s plains, but they were hunted to extinction during the chaotic political wars in Uganda. The sanctuary is a breeding area in Uganda, and the only place you are assured of meeting them in their natural environments, which offers hope of reintroducing them to the vast national parks in the future. Proceed to Kampala after tracking and check in at the hotel. Relax and shake off wilderness fatigue as you enjoy the Uganda urban lifestyle.
